Kalp Rishi Ayurveda, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, our refund policy is governed by strict quality and hygiene standards.

1. Eligibility for Refund

​Refunds are only processed under the following specific circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product arrived damaged or defective and was reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/unboxing video).
  • Incorrect Item Sent: If you received a product different from what you ordered.
  • Order Cancellation: If the order was cancelled before it was dispatched from our facility.

2. Non-Refundable Situations (Important)

  • Opened Seal: Once the product seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened, the product is strictly non-refundable and non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.
  • Delayed Reporting: Requests for refunds or replacements made after the 48-hour window from the time of delivery will not be entertained.
  • Subjective Dissatisfaction: Since Ayurvedic treatments can vary in results based on individual body types (Prakriti), refunds are not provided based on a lack of immediate personal results or changes in personal preference.

3. Refund Process

  • Approval: Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
  • Timeline: Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

4. Shipping Costs

  • ​If a refund is issued due to our error (wrong or damaged product), Kalp Rishi Ayurveda will bear the return shipping costs (if a return is requested).
  • ​In all other cases, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
