We take great pride in our packaging; however, if you receive a product that is damaged during transit or is defective:
Report within 48 Hours: You must inform our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Evidence Required: To process a replacement, please provide a clear photo or an unboxing video of the damaged product.
Resolution: Once verified, we will ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost. - Returns & Seal Policy (Strict No-Return Rule)
Due to the medicinal and hygienic nature of Ayurvedic products, we maintain a strict return policy:
Opened Seals: Once the product seal has been broken or opened, it is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
Integrity: We only accept returns for items that are unopened and in their original packaging, specifically in cases of incorrect item delivery or transit damage reported within the 48-hour window. - Order Cancellation
